Hudson Legal, first established in 1999, has been in current offices in Ealing for over 18 years. We have served our clients with an exceptional success rate at application stage and appeals before the Immigration Courts. Although, we prefer to see clients with their paperwork in person, we are also able to offer SKYPE consultations for clients further afield. We continue to successfully reverse refusal of entry clearance decisions by presenting a strong argument in the Notice of Appeal for the Entry Clearance Manager's Review.

With our exit from the EU coming ever closer it is a good time for EU nationals and their non EU national family members to have their immigration status confirmed with an application for a Residence Card or for Permanent Residence if they have acquired the same. Presently, the options open to EU nationals and their families are clear under the current EU Regulations, however, there is speculation and uncertainty about what the UK Government's position will be once the EU Regulations have become obsolete. Therefore, those who are in a position to regularise their immigration position in the meantime are well advised to do so. We are happy to speak to EU nationals and to address any concerns that they may have at this time.
