Based in the UK, JA Consulting (JAC) serves national and global blue chip clients as well as a number of medium and large businesses. In summary, we specialise in business transformation and change management, sales & account management skills, dealing with procurement, project & programme management and coaching.
We work with our clients to create what?s wanted. If something?s working well, we help you build on it. And if something?s not working we help clients step back and take stock. Then we help devise and implement approaches that are appropriate to the client?s needs.
Importantly, we aim also to equip our clients with the skills, knowledge and confidence to enable them to devise and put into practice future solutions ? helping them do what needs to be done long after we?ve finished an intervention or project.
