Sean's Artisan Gelato aim to create a unique product with the highest quality, using only the finest ingredients from trustworthy and where possible local suppliers. We offer intense flavours entwined with ultimate velvety textures to tickle your taste buds. All ingredients are natural, categorically no artificial flavours, colouring or additives!!
Back in the 1910s, a young Italian made his way to a new home in the UK, bringing with him knowledge of the coveted Italian gelato. After the Bottone family spent time as ice-cream retailers they headed back to Turin, Italy to manufacture.
Fast-forward 80 years and the idea to resurrect the family tradition begins.
Gelatiere Sean spent his youth living and working along the north Cornwall coast, the passion for an Italian delicacy was reignited ? this time with a Cornish twist.
Pure flavours with smooth, creamy and consistent texture ? mouth-watering. Over 100 years of passion have combined these ingredients to offer a exceptional experience!
Before Sean embarked on his journey around the world to research flavours, styles and heritage to create this unique product, he spent most of his working life treating cancer patients as a radiotherapist. This is where he realised how important it was to fulfil your dreams.
