£10 an hour - Full-time

12 Hour Shifts, 4 on 4 off.

Due to company growth, we are now seeking a customer focused, self motivated Control Room / CCTV Operator to join our team. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Handling and verifying incoming CCTV alarms
• Responding to incoming Fire & Intruder alarm signals
• Providing a prompt and professional response to all our customers & emergency services
• Arranging remote engineering assistance when required
• Providing a professional response via telephone to our customers (external & internal) & to all emergency services.
• Provide service control to our customers by booking and dispatching engineers.
• Assist the Duty Team Leader to deliver industry alarm response targets.
• To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by working knowledge with the Operations Control Centre
• We have 2 control rooms based in Birchwood and Salford. There may be occasions that you will be required to work at the other site when required.

• A passion for providing world class customer service.
• Some experience in a phone based, customer service role is a must
• Ability to remain calm and focused in pressurised situations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
