We built Beacon Place in 2013 with the specific aim of addressing the shortage of quality office space in non-city locations.
Our research showed people didn't want the drudge of an unreliable commute into a city centre with its associated traffic and parking issues.
But, they did want a clean, modern and professional workspace, which rural locations didn't offer ... but we do!
