Home Purchase Plans are primarily provided against properties located in Prime, Central and Outer London and within the Home Counties, however, we are able to consider other locations on a case by case basis.

out a payment holiday (a “Payment Holiday”) on their mortgage contract. This allowed clients to take a break from making their contractual mortgage payments.
If you have used the scheme and are still worried about resuming your mortgage payments, then we would urge you to contact us as soon as possible. We might be able to help by taking your individual circumstances into account to try to find a solution or arrange a new mortgage payment plan that suits you.
