About Saturday Books
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Francis Sheppard the friendly, book-loving proprietor of Saturday Books, a charming bookshop that was opened six years ago.
Ongoing work has seen the restoration of the interior of our beautiful mid-nineteenth-century building ? originally three town houses, part of which is now devoted to use as a warehouse and offices.
At ground level, Saturday Books houses literature, popular philosophy and intriguing tomes on the arcane. Paperback reading is to be found immediately on the second floor, where there is also a coffee room in which serious browsers may take a pile of books for an afternoon of reading.
