Hare & Hawthorn Bookshop has been established for 5 years.

Located in the picturesque part of Hastings - The Old Town - Hare & Hawthorn is situated in the busy shopping street George Street. We have a nice range of books including hardback classics for adults and children, art books, childrens books, natural history and nature books, paperback classics and new fiction paperbacks. Also we have a good range of Tove Jansson's Moomin books.

We are one of a very few shops in the UK to stock Rossi. We have a selection of their fine papers - suitable for many craft purposes as well as luxury wrapping paper, writing papers, notecards, notebooks and many other items.

We also have a selection of wooden and feather quill calligraphy pens and inks.

We have a wide range of greeting cards, postcard boxes, notebooks and mugs. Plus official bone china Roald Dahl Mugs and of course the celebrated collectable Moomin mugs.

We have a selection of high end pens including; Faber-Castell, Carand'Ache & Tombow.
