Cruden Cleaning Services have been in business for nearly 10 years. We are a company that does what we say. We have built up a business we are proud of as a family, and pride ourselves on our commitment to provide a professional and speedy service at all times whilst still maintaining the highest quality of work.

I started this business 10 years ago as I couldn't find a cleaning company that provided the kind of clean I wanted. eg. I wanted items moved in order to clean, I wanted the little things done, attention to detail. I love cleaning, and get a great deal of satisfaction on leaving a house where I know the client will come home and be able to sit down and put their feet up knowing their house is all clean till the following week.

I personally go out to every house and prepare a job spec based on what the client wants. No 2 job specs are the same. I then decide the best cleaner to send to that house, and that cleaner will be the only cleaner they get unless of sickness or holidays etc. Clients like the same cleaner each week as it gives some continuity to the services and the cleaner gets to know their house well.

Some clients want certain things done and not others. It really is about finding out what the client wants and listening to them.

Of course sometimes there might be an issue, but I deal with them immediately and make sure I personally go to the house on the next clean to make sure whatever it is has been done properly.

I employ 33 staff, all of different ages, but all who are good cleaners. I have some staff who have been with me since the beginning. Fortunately I don't have a high turnover of staff which is always good for the customer.

We cover everything from one off cleans, after party cleans, bi weekly cleans, weekly cleans. Both in offices and houses . Some houses we sort washing out, and do ironing too. It really is about giving the customer what they want to make their lives easier.
