My Name is Rosario Wilson founder of Zur Gluten Free Ltd. I was born in the Caribbean Island of Saint Lucia known for its sandy beaches, twin Pitons, natural beauty, Jazz festivals, Nobel Prize winners and Creole Festival.

I am an innovator of Gluten Free Products. My background in Cassava processing started as a young boy as part of my Carib and African ancestor?s tradition in Saint Lucia. I began with the processing of Farina, a cereal based product, which can be used as a meal to the development of the Gluten Free Cassava Bread.

With over four decades of experience in processing cassava, what started as part of my tradition, and as an idea, has developed into an assortment of infused flavours of Gluten Free Cassava Bread and by - products of Cassava, Sweet Potato, Quinoa, Teff?.

My motivation is based on the belief that eating healthy food can have a significant positive impact on a persons? health, attitude and the environment.
