As part of our team, you'll play a key role in making sure the Students who stay with us feel at home. No two days are the same when you're working as a Customer Service Advisor at iQ, you'll be talking to future and current students about how awesome staying at with us is, while making sure our current residents have their best year yet.
Please note: You'll be working 40 hours per Monday to Friday 9-17:30, 30 mins lunch, occasional weekends as per business needs.
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with Health and Safety standards
• Complaint handling
• Taking reservations
• Rent collection, chasing late payments and referring cases to Credit Control when necessary
• General administration
• Organising social events
• Providing Mail Room services
• General customer service

You'll need to be an outgoing and friendly person, who likes to put the needs of customers first. You'll be a team player, who can make a friendly and welcoming environment for the Students who stay with us. Experience in a customer service position is highly desirable.
Taking on a role as customer service advisor you'll gain experience in relationship building and customer service. You'll get experience in sales, as well as the opportunity to develop your knowledge of Microsoft Office and UK Health & Safety Standards.
