In this role, you will partner with other engineers, system admins, product owners, customers and suppliers to deliver opportunities to enhance the user experience across processes, tools and automation capabilities. Staying abreast of new ServiceNow capabilities, features and functionality, you will play a key role in driving continual improvement with a strong focus on enablement leading to improved customer satisfaction.
We are currently working with ITSM, ITOM, SAM, GRC and ITBM and you will gain exposure to all of these areas of ServiceNow.
What you'll be doing

- Gaining an understanding of Automated Test Framework, and delivering work with test cases created to minimise the impact of future change
- Working with Stakeholders to assess the impact of change, gaining an understanding of ITIL and the assorted business processes supported in ServiceNow
- Ensuring that Treating Customers Fairly is embedded within the processes and actions of the team
- Creating reports for users and stakeholders throughout the Legal and General community, helping to educate users on the reporting functions within the tool
- Working with the business analysts, system admins and product owners to help write user stories for use by the team
- Creating and updating Guided Tours in the tool, reducing the need for external documentation and ensuring that users (of all types) have easy access to instructions on how to carry out standard actions
What we're looking for
- To hit the ground running with this role, you will have previous experience in IT Service Management Implementation
- You will have a general understanding of ITIL best practice
- You’ll be a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Any of the following would be a huge plus; Certified System Administrator or ITIL Foundation
