The Recruitment Team are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Team Assistant position on a permanent - part time basis to join their small but friendly team based in Ormskirk.

Joining our recruitment team will enable you to enhance and develop your high level administration skills whilst being provided with a comprehensive training package within a friendly and supportive team environment.

You will work with a team of Recruitment Assistants to respond to a range of queries from staff across the organisation, internal and external candidates whilst providing a customer-focused service in line with our SCOPE values.

In return for your curiosity and thirst for knowledge, we can offer you a work environment which will both challenge you, and provide opportunities for your learning and growth.

The successful candidates will provide a confidential administrative support service to the team manager and team members, to facilitate the efficient running of the recruitment team.

The role will require the successful candidates to deal calmly and confidently with employees, the general public and other external stakeholders.

Excellent personal organisational skills will be required in order to thrive within this fast paced and exciting environment.

Working hours are 7.5 hours, 3 days per week. Flexibility on which days will be considered.
