Every personal injury claim has 3 main elements:

- liability (who is to blame)

- quantum (the value of the claim to include compensation for your injuries and financial losses)

- a 3 years’ time limit for claiming

During our initial free consultation I will provide guidance on the above and advise whether you have a claim for compensation.

Legal Aid is no longer available for accident cases but I will also advise you on the alternative ways of funding your claim (e.g. paying privately, Legal Expenses Insurance, Conditional Fee Agreements ("no win, no fee" agreements) etc).
