Founded in 1920, Jackson Green & Preston is Grimsby and Cleethorpes largest and best known local Estate Agency, with over 100 years experience in the property market.

In 2011 we acquired Goudes Chartered Surveyors, incorporating their very successful Lettings Department and highly regarded Residential and Commercial Valuation Departments. In 2016 we acquired Bacons Property Management.

The merger sees us now managing over 1,250 properties for rent. In addition, we are also, as Estate Agents, marketing over 350 properties for sale.

Both our offices are situated in prime Town Centre locations, each office having excellent window displays.
