Trainee Accountant

Description

To support the finance business partner/assistant business partner and management accounts/R&E accounts team in financial monitoring of assigned faculty/directorates. To support the finance business partner/assistant business partner/R&E accounts team in the analysis and provision of financial information.

The Person

The successful candidate will be highly organised and methodical, with excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels to achieve results.

They will be highly numerate and accurate and take pride in their attention to detail.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is studying for, or have a willingness to study for, an agreed accountancy qualification

The Finance department aims to deliver the strategic objectives of the University with a clear focus on customer service.

Further information

This is a full time permanent position with a starting salary of £29,581 per annum.
