Our Apprenticeship Scheme provides a unique opportunity for new talented individuals to start an exciting career within the commercial real estate market.
This pathway offers an accredited route to gaining a Master’s degree level qualification in Accountancy.
The Apprenticeship scheme combines learning on the job, formal training, and optimum support to gain a degree qualification and is open to individuals with A-levels, who have chosen not to pursue the traditional university route.

Taking up an Apprenticeship role within CBRE finance would provide a unique insight into the finance function of a fast growing, market leading, global organisation. Regular rotations through multiple finance functions will provide experience of a broad range of finance disciplines, developing skills and learnings to launch a successful career in finance. This hands-on experience combined with a programme of professional training and development will provide the ideal foundation for a finance career.

ACCOUNTANCY APPRENTICE PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Accountancy professionals are recognised around the world as respected leaders in accountancy, taxation, finance and business. From providing strategic business advice to audited financial statements or driving mergers and acquisitions, a career as an Accountancy professional can be diverse and challenging; it's not just about putting numbers into a spreadsheet! Our Finance team at CBRE include accountancy professionals that use technical knowledge, skills and experience to lead our organisation to make responsible and sustainable financial decisions. They act in the business’s best interest and must maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and competency, always upholding ethical behaviour and integrity.
This apprenticeship is three years in duration and will result in a Level 7 Master’s degree level qualification in Accountancy. This course is accredited by multiple chartered institutions such as The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
You will work for four days a week and have a mandatory ‘study’ day each week.

EDUCATION

  • A minimum of 5 GCSES Grade C (or 4) or above including English and Mathematics. (or equivalent Maths and English qualifications).
  • 3 A Levels preferably including Mathematics, or related discipline. Alternatively, BTEC Extended Diploma with grades MMM or BTEC Diploma with grades DD
  • Must be eligible to live, work and remain in England, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to.
